Poor customer service contrary to credit union policy
I have done business with Ft Mc since Several notes , 6, I believe My last note was my mortgage/equity line act number XXXXX XXX per month , paid out early May 1st original amount 42k , balance paid out May 1st was and change All I asked them to do was report the note , paid as agreed , zero balance to all credit bureau's.I sent emails , phone calls ,most not returned , personal visits , and as of June 12/the note still shows open.This is improper credit reporting and is causing me to pay a higher rate on a new loan with another lender .All I am told is to wait!!
Will lock account without warningWith no way to unlock it unless during business hoursThey are very strict on which websites you can use your visa debit card onBut yet do not tell you which you can and can notIf you can not it locks your account leaving you no access to your moneyHas caused my family to go hungry and has stranded us away from home
