Hi am *** the owner of Smitty's Pool Care in response to *** *** complaint the pool had algae because of the phosphates
and Conditioner being abnormally high, and they did not want to treat this problemThe pool did need to be drained do to these problemsThey say that they just drained it I don't know if that is true or not but I do know that the conditioner and the phosphates are hi and they got hi before we started the pool serviceIn regards to the $check, when I talked to the home owner I asked them do they have a canceled check that would have my for deposit only stamp on the back of it they had no response they said they would send out the $and I said as soon as I get it I would drop off there key this was about or days agoWe used extra chemicals to help keep the pool from getting totally out of control due to the hi conditioner and phosphates problem at no extra charge

With all due respect to ***, his tech is not relaying the information accuratelyWe were never advised of phosphates/conditioners being highWhy wouldn't we treat it if we knew? We do not enjoy swimming in algeaDo you have documentation that recommends treating for these issues as the pool was under your care for plus months during that time?
Actually WE provided the phosphates information to *** after contacting a second opinion as to why our pool was consistently forming algea
His tech did tell us that we needed to drain the pool but not because of phosphates, etcIt was because we had our wood deck stained and some over spray was floating on the surface of the waterAgain, NOT because of any phosphate/ conditioner problems that we were advised ofThe pool was drained less than a year earlierIt has not been drained since and it has been perfect under the care of our new service
We would like our key returned as it compromises the safety of our home/ family
