By the owner own admission they sent someone out to fix it after I called several times due to poor quality of work being done the first time it wasnt concrete mix and didnt harden .,,look at the quality of work done BEFORE damageagain I asked for same quality of work periodwhatever substance was used first time didnt hardenagain poor quality work done first time and second time is no differentnow its lumpy and discolored ....for the sake of company reputation and good customer service why didnt company reach out to the homeowner.?., remember im the same homeowner who called them several times only to be told someone would fix it properly and still didnt receive no apology from owner....look at the lengthy time response from ownergreat way to do businessjust know smittys AKA [redacted] has left a [redacted] taste in my mouth and I would inform others of my experience
