Review: Motorcycle was brought in for repair. I asked that 3 items be addressed: Carb cleaning, Transmission check, new tires. After one month of no updates, all calls were initiated by customer, I was informed that repairs to bike exceeded what the value of the bike would be but new tires were installed and I owed for that. Permission was not given to purchase or install tires on vehicle, especially if it's still unsuitable to ride. No estimates were provided either. Owner was extremely hostile and refused any resolution other than keeping my bike unless paid in full and charging me an additional stowage charge and suing for the title to my bike.Desired Settlement: I want my vehicle returned, I want my old tires put back on, although owner claims to have thrown them away, and any other work to cease!
