Smitty's Heating & Air Conditioning

I needed to replace an HVAC unit and called Smitty's for the first time while searching local businesses. WOW! It is hard to even begin to know where to start if you don't have a referral from a trusted friend/neighbor. Let this review serve as a AAA+ referral. Smitty's goes above and beyond on ALL levels! Judy will answer the phone. Very professional and knowledgeable, with a healthy helping of neighborly. Smitty came out within a day to give a quote. His rate was better than all others. His technicians, Norman and Tom were at my home at least 5 minutes early the very next week. Followed shortly by Smitty to ensure all was on track. I am just not used to this high level of service from the what is normally referred to as substandard. His technicians have been with him for decades and it is clear that all work performed was completed with the greatest of care and precision. They all KNOW how to do it "right the first time". Then to top it off, he sent another technician, Isaac, a few days later to 'double check' to ensure that all was operating as it should be. He also checked my other unit while he was here at no additional charge. Not only does Smitty NOT gouge you, he goes the extra mile FOR you. I'm not done. Judy then informed me that she would personally register my system for warranty. It carried a 10 year warranty and Judy does this for you because she said...."So many people forget or don't have time to do that". I can't even begin to describe my gratitude for Smitty and his entire staff. I will only use them in the future for ALL of my HVAC needs and servicing. I highly recommend Smitty's!
