Smitty's Service Center

Review: Vehicle was towed and repaired by Smitty's Service Center. Upon completion of repair work the vehicles On Board Diagnostic (OBD II) system reported an issue with the Ride Control. Upon further investigation with the service center it was found that the left and right sensors that were present prior to service were broken completely off of the mount. This apparently happened either in the process of towing and or during the repair/replacement of the left front wheel. Smitty's refused to rectify the situation. Also the repaired/replaced wheel began reporting an error condition, via the OBD, less than 3 months after service.Desired Settlement: Replacement of broken sensors and repair of current error condition of left front wheel unless it can be shown that the current error is not related to the replaced part.
