In the month of February Ms. [redacted] stopped by my garage with diagnostics from another shop that her engine was no good. I checked and advised that the maintenance was really bad, she then said, she wanted to purchase a new engine and what will it cost. I provided the information, made some calls,...

and she left. Ms. [redacted] called back in early March that someone had offered a new motor for $1200 so could I match. I told her no and that she can go to that mechanic and get the work done. In mid March Ms [redacted] showed up at my garage with her car on a tow truck that it had broken down and wanted me to repair it. I told her the total amount will be $2000 at which time she gave the deposit of $1500 leaving a balance of $500. I then called the junk yard that I called in February when she express initial interest in getting the car repaired and was told that engine was already sold. I immediately Ms [redacted] and advised her to come for the money and car because I was unable to locate a motor with a 6 month warranty. She refused on more than 6 occasion Ms. [redacted] insisted that I continue to search for a motor that will provide her a 6 month warranty. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful and by then 2 and 1/2 months had gone by. I then suggested that we have an engine rebuild although this takes a longer time and things can go wrong during the dismantling that will be the other option in getting a motor with a 6 month warranty. Ms [redacted] agreed. During the dismantling of the cylinder head, engine block, pistons, pins, oil rings, compression rings timing belt, water pump and seals. I noticed the exhaust and the intake cam shafts had ceased up in the cylinder head which in turn made me to have to price another cylinder head and dismantled that cylinder head and replaced valve stem seal at this point time was far spent and months had gone by and the machinist had already started working on the engine block; and the entire time I was in touch with Ms. [redacted] and her friend Devonne who was in touch with me all through the process delivering messages to her. In late June she called to inquire and I informed her things were coming along. And she will get the car in July without giving specific date due to all the problems occurred with the engine block. The car was finally ready and Ms. [redacted] picked it up on July 3rd 2015, and did not have the balance of $500 per our discussion. She asked if she can pay that balance on the following Thursday which was July 9th but never showed up. Ms Vanessa called about a week later to say she had a fuel leak and was hearing noise in the engine. I advised her to bring the car in to have it check and pay her balance owed. She never showed up and never paid the balance. And then I received a letter from Revdex.com.
