We are sorry to hear that Mrs. [redacted] was unable to reach us in regards to her leak.  We have had some recent work done to our phone system and believe that calls were not routing properly.  Upon receiving notice of the issue by the Revdex.com, we sent a service tech to immediately complete the...

needed repairs to stop the leak.   We have since spoke with Mrs. [redacted] and confirmed that she has accurate contact numbers in case she needs to reach us again in the future.

It appears the client did not read my previous response.  Her Warranty and gift card were mailed on 11/16/16; since she did not receive it and this Revdex.com complaint is the FIRST WE HAVE HEARD OF THIS;  we will resend it to her this Friday.  Friday is when we send out warranties each week.  If this does not meet her standards then there is nothing more we can do.  I am giving her what she is asking; this may be the most petty Revdex.com complaint ever.  The client could of picked up the phone and called; we have no record of any contact from her; or she could of stopped by any of our offices; but no effort was made on her part and instead she filed this frivolous complaint.  Once again, we will mail this back out on Friday 12/9.

Ms. [redacted] called in and spoke with the Revdex.com and stated that the business has contacted her and is going to work with her. This complaint has been resolved.

multiple times to meet with you, but as you said in your email you got frustrated and told us via email "That is when I said forget it and move on"; which you sent on 9/22/16.  It then took you until 11/4/16 for you to pay us your deductible; which is why the warranty and gift card were not mailed until 11/16/16.We can come out one more time and look at your siding if you are willing; once again I do not feel any of these items warrant a Revdex.com complaint.  You told us you did not want us back at your home.  We waited until we collected your final money before we sent our warranty and gift card.  Protouch did not hear back from you that you did not receive it since the date we sent it to you.  We will be in touch about the siding by tomorrow.
