The worst company to deal with....every person in this office acts as if they are doing you a favor by listening to your issue and they offer ABSOLUTELY NOTHING as a resolution! I strongly suggest that all Property Ownership Groups avoid working with this "so-called" management group as they provide zero positive services!

As a homeowner in Glenmere, I appreciate the effort and success when I asked Premier Management to help clean up drainage pond behind our home. Premier presented my request to the Board, and was successful in supporting my effort. Now we have a different management company...OH! WOW! What a disaster! They make no effort to enforce documents. Our section of the neighborhood looks horrible! Calls to request maintenance are literally LAUGHED off! Professionals do not behave this way. OH! I WISH WE COULD GET PREMIER MANAGEMENT BACK!

The entire staff a Premier Management is Responsive, Patient and Professional. They handle all aspects of our property management here at the Grand Vistas @ the International Club and allow our Board members to have the "Peace of mind" to sleep and live comfortably in our beautiful community knowing we have someone taking care of our real estate investment. I highly recommend Premier Management for all your property management needs. If you're lucky enough to have them agree to "Manage your Property" your worries are over.

Review: On 4-11-2016 4:00pm, I Went to Smog N Tag in [redacted] when SMOG was completed, I opened the drivers door from the outside, closed it using the door handle, drove home and I unlocked the door, pulled on the door latch, it was stuck in the open position. I tried to push it back in to the closed position and it wouldn't move, Frozen. Too Late to go back to the Shop.. I went in the Morning of 4-12-2016 and told the manager his mechanic broke the inside latch. First words out of his mouth was no he didn't. He didn't even look at it, he didn't even ask the mechanic about it, he didn't even offer an apology. I told him to turn it over to his insurance company and he said to that also. Even after I explained how he broke it, still a no! Then I asked him how did the Mechanic get out of the SUV? still said no.. I have gone to this place since it opened its doors years ago, they were polite, friendly, courteous and helpful. times change and so does Business Practices!Desired Settlement: Repair the Broken inside door latch, the Mechanic broke! Its a safety issue!
