Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: TYREL J*** is out of his mind if he thinks we owe him anything , especially in lieu of the hardships and threats and disgusting treatment we have received from MISFIT MOUNTAIN REALTY , and Serina B*** too .In now way shape or form will he ever be paid a dime , and we are seeking full refund now of $, PERIOD We have hired an attorney , and will seek their overthrow of the Totalitarian Regime they run , and their Licenses to practice Real Estate , ESPECIALLY SERINAS ! The charges are not only LUDICRUS , especially Power Washing which is certainly NOT OUR RESPONCIBIBLITY for maintenance the owner is responsible for , and had they done the GUTTERS they are required to do under the Land Lord Tenant Act no Power Washing would have been needed let alone it sure aint our responsibility anyway, LUDICROUS ! Repairs , we will deduct and send a bill of all my repairs I had to do to make the house functional because they said the house would be perfect upon moving in , and NONE of the doors shut, window blinds worked , washing machine totally out of balance on floor , the list goes on and on , and my repairs will total well over $1,, TRUST ME .Pay in full you fool , or your *** is mine BOY .Sincerely,*** ***
The residents vacated the premises and sadly the work required to repair the home exceeded their deposit. The tenants failed to provide a forwarding address, despite a phone request. The deposit deposition and all subsequent copies were sent to the last known mailing address as required...
