We do have a clearly stated and posted 'no returns' policy in our storesHaving said that, within a reasonable time frame we will always try to resolve any customer issueIt seems that something fell through on this interaction, unfortunately do not have enough supporting facts to fully understand
when/ where things went wrong. At this point, unfortunately we can not resolve the original issueHowever the customer should be encourage to reach out to the home office as we will certainly work with him
