I ordered a few products, which included a free one hitter, screens, and a free grinderI then bought the express shippingI waited a few days and the order was not on my statementSo I emailed the customer service and asked about itThey told me my card was declined They worked with me to figure out the problem and to get my order out the doorOnce we finally figured it out, they shipped it that dayTHE NEXT DAY at noon it was at my front doorA total of things right thereWith in a day The whole order was a gift for a friend and I was afraid that I wouldn't of been able to order itI am more then satisfied with the Customer ServiceMake that guy/girl manager and a pat on the back because they just made a returning customer

smokeday.com is my favorite website! I bought water pipes from here and each one is(/was) made with high-quality glass, and high-quality glass-blowing skillsThe orders all arrived within week, and when one arrived with a broken bowl&stem, their customer service was prompt, polite, and extremely helpfulThe new piece arrived in only days! I love smokeday.com!!!

I placed an order on Sunday, 2-1-via their website at which time full payment for the product was tendered along with an additional $for PRIORITY SHIPPING (It should be noted that when I checked-out, I was presented with delivery options; PRIORITY and EXPIDITED) An invoice affirming my order, as well as a sales receipt, were emailed to me under separate cover affirming payment for my item as well as PRIORITY SHIPPING
On 2-3-at 1:pm, full business days later, they generated a shipping label and sent me an email with containing the tracking information which stated that they'd sent my item via FIRST CLASS, and not PRIORITY I emailed them a request for shipping confirmation and a refund for the difference in postage if they in fact did sent it FIRST CLASS I've received no response whatsoever to my initial request
On 2-4-15, I tracked the package and learned that the Post Office had just received the package I sent a 2nd request followito my previous email I reiterated my concerns and expressed that I was becoming frustrated, but, if they'd respond, I would still be amenable if they'd simply let me know they were looking into the issues I've received no response whatsoever to either of my emails
My item sat in an Illinois Post Office until sometime on 2-5-when it finally "departed in transit to the destination." Tracking information said it would be delivered on 2-7- It did not arrive
On 2-9-15, I emailed my 3rd and final request and again reiterating everything to that point along with my intent to report them for postage fraud (because required me to pay either PRIORITY or EXPIDITED SHIPPING rates and then arbitrarily sent it in a lesser manner without my knowledge or consent let alone a refund of the substantial difference in price) and for their unfair business practices (for misrepresenting their intentions; for ignoring my inquiries; and for overcharging me and thereafter willfully disregarding the discrepancy
Also on 2-9-15, the tracking information said it would be delivered on 2-10-
It's now 2-12-15, I've received no response to any of my emails; the package still hasn't arrived and the tracking information says it's still miles away and will be delivered on X-XX-XXX days ago!
Aside from the postage discrepancy, this is by far the worst online transaction I've ever experienced They've had plenty of time to put out the fire and instead elected to let it spread A simple "reply" email would have changed the course of this transaction to the positiveSadly, their lack of enough business savvy to recognize that their willful disregard of my inquiries and failure to address a $discrepancy will wind up costing them far more in the long run when they are forced to defend their actions (or lack thereof) when they are investigated by the multiple agencies to which this situation will be reported, including but not limited to:
the *** *** for misusing the privilege and authority granted upon them to conduct postal-related activities and for defrauding the federal government of monies they collected on its behalf and then never remitted;
the *** for conducting fraudulent business practices over the internet;
the *** for committing a cyber crime;
the *** for unfair competition;
the *** of *** for conducting business fraud by misrepresenting its intentions to consumers and violating the authority regulating their capacity as a Tobacco retailer;
*** *** and the City of *** for violating licensee obligations; and
local law enforcement for stealing from consumers
I am no longer driven by fact that I am owed a refund of a few bucks, but instead, by the principle of the matter

I will never shop anywhere else. Smoke day is the place to go for pipes bowls and accessories. 10/10 will recommend to all my smoke buddies.

My experience with Smoke Day was very positive. I received my package very quickly (standard shipping arrived in 3 days) and the 3 free gifts they included were very convenient to have. The prices were very cheap as well which was a real plus when buying on a budget. The only thing that happened was one of the items that I had ordered didn't come in the package which I am trying to figure out with customer service. Other than that I had a very good time ordering from this website and will definitely recommend to others!

Order 6 glass items from them off of their website. I was looking for specific lengths. A few of them came shorter than advertised.
I contacted customer service via email. They handled my minor complaint extremely fast.
Top notch customer service. Will recommend to anyone.

that it is not to your satisfaction. We would like to resolve this issue with you and we would like to refund the remaining $6.10. However we cannot do that via credit card. So instead please contact us via email [redacted]@smokeday.com and we can happily take care of you most likely via money order, please have your order number and address for us in the email."
