From the beginning we had problems with getting a response from the company They do not answer their phones and it takes them several days to call back We rented a property in Clear Creek subdivision and the property was not clean Dust on furniture, hair in the shower The first two days we had no air conditioning until the repairman came to fix it but the unit is sitting on a rotting shelf and he stated that at some point it would fall through The light in the pool did not work so we could not swim at night The screen was torn in the corner of the screened in porch so geckos and other bugs could freely come in The light in the garage was broken and we could not get it out to replace it They do not have a garage door opener available so we had to close the door and jump over the sensor to close it when we left each time I would not rent from this company again
