Dear Revdex.com representative,We received your letter regarding to a customer complaint ID [redacted] We value our customers and welcome any criticism and take it very seriously.We appreciate the opportunity to fix our mistakes and did just that,Since then we have contacted [redacted] and apologized (again) for what have happened[redacted] order a product that was out of stock at the time which caused the delay, of course we called her to notify her and she received an excellent service from our customer service representative but we couldn't please her, what followed by her being extremely rude and offensive towards ourrepresentative; we immediately issued a refund since we still didn't get in stock and offered a free nextday delivery of the product upon arrival,Unfortunately, [redacted] was still unsatisfied and filed a complaintOnce again we contacted the customer but she didn’t want to hear from us.We do make the best effort to offer the best service we possibly can, if we make an inventory or a shipping mistake, we always contact the customer and try to see how can make them happy and we will Continue to do in the future,Best regards,Smoke Free

I am rejecting this response because: While the message in their letter to you had some nice words, their actions do not correspond to what they stated.  During my telephone conversation with their customer service representative they stated they would be refunding the funds due via my CC.  As of today that has not happened, nor I have received a check in the mail.  They continue to not service my account.
