Review: I purchased a hooka pen(electronic cigarette) tank from this business for 20$ plus tax. said tank failed on me within three days of purchase. I brought the item back to the store asking about warranty. after being given attitude by the owner Ali, he agreed to replace the item and told me to come back in a week. The following week when I came to receive the new item he gives me original item I had brought in. I left aggravated as the owner told me "suck my balls". This man has no integrity, respect, or customer service.Desired Settlement: I would have liked to receive a new tank, but since he made me wait a week for nothing I would like to have the $20 + 7.5% tax back in my wallet.
