the response is horrible,they claim I had numerous returns that was because the devices worked for only one week,,,so in other words you can buy any electronic purchase at the store and if it breaks in one day u can not return it? the first one I bought was 85$ did not work after days,then they wanted my to buy! something with as discount as a return,that broke after days,,then that groke after daysll,,and the next one they gave me they saidi could have I used it twice the "vamo v5" so as far as im concerned they are selling "fake" or remaid electronics.the customer buys them then when it stops working afterdays they are out of luckregardless I saw no sign on returns on electronics just " no returns period....itsnt it illegal to buy an electronic device and the next work for days..im so frustrated I was robbed..when I said "i will call the cops" the guy said "im not helping you because im scared" but gave me a free one the vamo vsaid it was the best broke after 2-daysdevices broken in the length of days of buying them,I had a witnesss with me the last times,,im getting ripped off for 80$ I will file a smal clamis court of nassau county.I still have the equpiment and I had an electirician who I know many of said the work on the prouct swas very 'CHEAP" AND DOSENTLOOK FACTORY MADE" I will bring that with me me in court,if u decide to settle with me and not go to court ill file the complaint on monday 4/**/2014,im an honest hardworking man and cant afford to give money away and get nothing in return,,I can also call an agency that inspects and very inventory..im very angry due to the attitude and fighting with the staff..u have till wed april 8th for a response,,I have som many forma of proof im going to ask the court for more than just the battery,,, `````````

It is sad to hear that *** *** is not content in his purchasePlease understand that electronics can at time be finicky and improper use can lead to damagesIt is to this fact that we do not accept refunds but rather work with you (at a considerable discount) to find something more suitableAs noted by *** ***, we have multiple time found resolution to the situationIn the end *** *** still wanted a refund with no meritIt was at this time we implemented the store policy of no refund ,returns, or exchanges on electronic items

Review: I purchased a device or a battery used for "vaping" or alternative ciggarette,,,I apid 85.00 orignally.it broke with in one week due to the electronics,so I brought it back and offerd to take it back but gave me a "half price" deal for 50$ on a "really good one" one week later the device where the led is located said "low load" something wrong with voltage..this one was worth 85 also but they made me pay 50 for it,while the first one I paid 85 .00 broke!the second one they took 50% off I psid half for broke!! another electronic problem, so I went back with tht one and threatend to call the cops and afteter telling the s[redacted] id call the cops due to the fact im being robbed he said 'you know what to make everything right ill give you one of the best electronic batteries I have for free~!it was the same version "the vamo v5"" is what its called,,after 1 and a half week,electrical issues.I just want my original 85 dollars back or a different brand of battery worth the same 85$!! im a fraid to do that because all the electronics seem to be defective,like "knock offs" of the real ones, its driving me nuts how hard I work that 85$ is alot of money for meDesired Settlement: just give me my original 85$ back because I feel all the batteies in the store are knock offs. and are all electronically flaud...im tired of this already but want my money back,,or another device worth the same value from a different company,,these people took my money ,its like stealing and misrepresentation,,I still have the broken batteries
