Responding to the customers complaint to us that the grill was not working correctly, our tech made a service call on the grillThe grill was thoroughly gone thru, and the grill is functioning within the capability of the gas pressure connection. Before Mrs*** registered a complaint with Revdex.com, I reached out on April 25th for her to have a discussion via email or when I got back to workMrs*** contacted me today and I expressed that with the complaint in to the Revdex.com, correspondence should be thru the Revdex.com, to make sure any possible resolutions were clearly communicated to everyone. When I responded to the complaint I asked for the names of the plumbers and the *** Rep, which I have not receivedAfter we are able to contact the service people and rep, we can make a recommendation for a solution. Our course of action is to see what the customer was told, to verify the size of the gas line and if there is a deviation to explain to these workman why a larger gas line is necessary.If the gas line to the grill is improper, we cannot effect a solution as a certified gas plumber has to install gas lines If the gas line is adequate we will send the tech back to check the unit again. We do not install gas lines, we only hook up appliances to existing lines and superior cooking equipment frequently needs more gas pressure.
