I purchased a Voodoo Hyrise Dry Herb Vaporizer and it does not work. I followed instructions as closely as possible and it does not work. I have the receipt and need a refund or an exchange for a comparable product that works.Product_Or_Service: Voodoo HyriseDesired SettlementI would like a refund of $106.70.Business Response According to my store manager where the purchase took place, the manager informed me that when the customer came back to return the vaporizer, she told him she will return or replace it for him. When he presented it to the manager, she said that the vaporizer was used to smoke an illegal substance based on the smell coming out of its chamber! She informed the customer that we do not take vaporizers back if they were used in any illegal activities!Consumer Response The product never operated properly and smells as it did when it was created. Will never shop at a store that does not support the products they sale.
