ON April 1st, customer did place an order for us to ship to the AVS validated billing address [redacted] Lemoore, California, ON April 2nd, Saturday, customer did attempt to contact us to request a change of delivery address Our customer service hours are Monday thru Friday 8am - 7pm EST and we were not available to address this request until April 4th On April 3rd however her order was processed for shipment and we were unable to pull the order to change the address, and UPS Does not allow for the shipper to make changes to Surepost deliveries, nor can a customer change the delivery address of a Surepost package However, these options are available for a UPS ground shipment and customer would have needed to upgrade the package to UPS Ground before any changes to delivery address would have been possible As stated on their website at https:// [redacted] .Can a UPS SurePost package be upgraded to UPS Ground?
