*** ***Please note how the business respondedThey acknowledge I sent them an email last month, but at no point did they state they emailed me back to confirm receipt of my email, or to let me know that they supposedly sent me replacement couponsNumber oneThese replacement coupons that they supposedly mailed me on 1/11/17, I never received themTwo - The Respondent states I had over a year to use the coupons. For his or her information, I've actually tried at least ten times over the past year to use the coupons, but apparently their brand of chips are not very popular in most grocery stores, at least anything over ounces... Three - The Respondent also states they cannot continue to send replacement for expired coupons if I do not use themHowever, if the business actually acknowledged my email last month and answered my question, I would know where to use the coupons. But as you can see, the business is not very informativeThey do not respond to customers' emails, they give statements to state agencies about coupons being sent to customers when they really weren't, and they do not advise their customers where to buy their productsIf the business does not respond properly this time around, I will be writing reviews about Wise Snacks, and I will not be buying their products in the future, if anything above ounces ever becomes available
