Perhaps if the customer could be specific in what they did not receive I could go further towards making amendsWe have already offered to reimburse them for the missing mac & cheese, and have already given them an alternative side of equal value, which they accepted at the timeIf this is strictly a matter of principal due to "unprofessional and in bad taste" conduct of my staff then please accept my apology

We were shorted more than just one tray of Mac and cheese and we were promised a substantial discount in replace for the errors that the business owner caused that day. The only thing missing was a tray of mac and cheese, they were given baked beans instead and offers a refund for the cost of the mac and cheese. No further discounts were promised. They refused the refund for the mach and cheese and want half off the entire order after they had already taken all of...
