To whom it may concern, My name is Stephanie, and I am the manager who helped Mr [redacted] on 1-25- I just received the complaint ID# [redacted] about a used tank issue He called me and complained about his tank breaking weeks after he bought it, knowing we have a “no returns or exchanges” policy, I called the owners to see if there was anything I could do for the gentlemenThey told me, even though it was against our policy that is stated on the receipt and all over the stores, that we could go ahead and exchange the broken bottom of the tank to make him happy I grabbed a brand new tank and unscrewed the bottom to give to the gentlemanI’m not sure why he would taste menthol in his tank, I may have had some menthol e-liquid on my hands ( as I work with all different flavors all day) or it was something that may have been on his e-liquid bottle, or something that came from the sink in the bathroom when he said he rinsed it, but I assure you that the part I gave him was in fact new and unused I am completely offended that he would call me a liar when I bent over backwards to help him After he rinsed his tank and re-filled I asked him if he was happy and he told me yes before he left If you have any questions please call me 509-251-or email me at [redacted] @msn.comThank you so much for your time Sincerely, Stephanie B [redacted] Smokin’ Legal Anywhere Manager

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
Stephanie is incorrectFirst, as you will see on the attached receipt the store policy is NOT "no returns or exchanges" as she states several times, it is "no refunds or returns"As the manager she should know thisAt NO TIME did I ask for a refund, merely an exchange of the non-working partSecond, if the part was indeed "brand new" why put it in a baggie before she gave it to me and not just leave it in the original packaging? Lastly, her claim that the menthol "might have been on her hands" is ridiculous1) There is no way to fit a human hand inside this part and 2) Since August of it has been illegal to refill customer tanks or mix your own juices without a manufacturers licenseIf she is handling open vape liquid "all day" then she is breaking the new laws set forth by the FDA.
All of this nonsense for a pieceI don't want drama, just a working piece that has NOT been a part of someone else's e-cig and been in someone else's mouth.Sincerely,*** ***

I have already contacted the customer & resolved the issue. I contacted him and he came in and saw me I got him a new tank that he was happy withI filled it with his juice as well like he requested

his tank breaking 3 weeks after he bought it, knowing we have a “no returns or exchanges” policy, I called the owners to see if there was anything I could do for the gentlemen.
