Review: The 1st day of my trip was my free day and the travel agent changed our itinerary 2 days before we arrived so by the time we actually arrived and got to the hotel which had no room to stow our luggage so we had to wait while they prepped the room and by the time we got to the tour we were only able to do the express circle as opposed to the Grand Circle which meant the 2 things I actually cared about seeing (Nyphemburg Palace and the English Gardens) were not on the agenda. On the 2nd day, we were summoned by the local guide, [redacted] early since the other group was ready to go to Oktoberfest and then we waited around for 20 minutes or so for them to be dropped off before we were taken to a different tent where we were met by [redacted] who basically lectured us on what a big favor he was doing us since normally you need a larger group to reserve a table but he said he spoke to someone inside and it would be okay. We were taken in and it quickly became apparent that it was not okay as he asked around for a place for us to sit. After we were seated we ordered 1 beer and then turned in our meal ticket for the overly salty chicken (I did not travel 4000+ miles for bad chicken) we were promptly asked to leave since we had no reservation. My husband left his meal behind and I attempted to balance the large mug of beer and a plate of chicken only to realize how futile that was standing in a busy aisle so I abandoned my dinner as well. Note they will not serve your beer if you are not seated so that event was basically a waste of time and we were not able to enjoy or even hear the entertainment since we had to go outside. They would not even let us in to us the restroom. Please note that the entire reason I booked this trip was as a gift to my husband for his 50th birthday to enjoy Oktoberfest so needless to say, I was livid at this point.Desired Settlement: Given that we paid for services we did not receive, it seems only fair that the company adjust their billing for this situation.
