We will RE EMAIL a Tako to customer I completely WAS NOT AWARE she never received our sales girl who was supposed to send out ended up quitting shortly after due to her mom dying and we have never heard or seen of her since then complete apologies for this mishapshe assured me it was MAILED out we will send another out ASAP

I have yet to receive the order I placed with Smooch BoutiqueThe owner agreed to send it after the first correspondence/complaintI just want what she promised along with a tracking number

I am rejecting this response because:  I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, and according to Laurie at the bank, she stated that the owner insisted that the item was mailed to me when we never received it.  Laurie requested that I send her additional documentation because of this.  The purchase was made in December, and I also talked to her and told her that we did not receive it.  I do not trust that she will deliver the product, therefore I resorted to dispute the purchase.  My daughter was looking forward to receiving this as a souvenir from Maui.  Very sad excuse from a business owner.  Will recommend people not to shop there.
