I am responding to the complaint filed against my business on 1/27/with the # ***
I would like to clarify a few statements made by LisaShe did not tan times; she tanned times and tanned in the bed Hawaii timesI can verify this information,
as I keep records of clients on both
the appointment book and client cardHer visit dates were 1/20, 1/22, 1/24, 1/
I did apologize for her getting her leg pinched after her first visitOn her second visit I did explain to her the shocks needed to be replaced in the Hawaii bedI also told her to push the hood (top) of the bed
as far up as it would go to keep it from closing
The issue concerning the note *** left with my employee: I was asking for *** to explain if her leg was pinched again, as the note wasn't clear when lithe pinch" happened*** then told me she had taken pictures of her legI felt threatened by thisShe then presented a coupon & asked me to honor itI replied no
The coupon *** presented to me on 1/did not pertain to the type of tanning package she purchasedThe coupon was $for a month unlimited and *** purchased tanning sessions.
*** never insisted she be put in a different bedThat was my suggestion
I have owned the Hawaii tanning bed for yearsI never had a customer get pinched by the acrylic beforeI do not know why *** pinched her leg in the bedI am sorry she was pinched
Before a new client tans, he or she fills out a waiver*** specified on this waiver that she is a "skin type 2-always burns, minimal tan"Hawaii is the least intense bed which is why she was put in that bed timesNever did *** request a different bed before she tannedBefore *** session on 1/she told me she was not noticing color, not even a burnI responded "it is a good thing because I don't want my clients to sunburn"I could see by reaction she did not like my response
As an operator of tanning equipment it is my responsibility to tan my clients, not have them sunburn I do replace and maintain my tanning bulbs and keep record of maintenanceThe bulbs in Hawaii are well within the range of useful bulb lifeIt is because of my responsibility as an operator, not the bed itself, that *** is unhappy with her tanning results
I am willing to refund the money for the tanning that *** did not use
The formula as follows: sessions $43.00=$4.30/session
sessions used=$
$43.00-17.20=$
I will refund *** $
I would also like to respond to her statements of me on 1/I acted as if she had just asked me to"move the world." Minutes before *** Prahl's appointment, I learned my daughter drove off the road
and into a ditch on her way to schoolThe weather was about on MondayI had other things on my mind than a $coupon

We took our cat, Bob, to this place for a second time. Gave them specific instructions NOT to shave his belly again. Am now applying antibiotics to his [redacted] because they did it again. Will NEVER take him there again.

I had called to set up an appointment to have my two dogs groomed, while I was on the phone I was very specific to how I like my dogs groomed. I specified the way I like the face, ears and tail groomed with a short body cut due to the warm whether in AZ. And made my appointment...when the day of the appointment came I dropped my dogs off and when I picked them up they had completely chipped off all of my dogs fur... Ears, Face, Tail, Body. I was mortified. They did a horrible job, but most importantly my one dog had cuts all over her body from the groomer. My dogs are 7 & 8 yrs old and have been groomed many times in their lives without this out come..I'm VERY disappointed in the outcome and would never recommend this company to anyone. Terrible service all the way around.
