Smooth Flooring

Smooth Flooring installed carpet in our house. However on our stairs the tacks have been poking through and stabbing our feet and our children’s feet. We have a warranty through our builder and reported this issue in fall of 2019! They called us Before Christmas on 12/20 wanting to come out the following Monday. But that did not work for us because we would be out of town. I was told they would call and reschedule after the holidays. On 1/3 I called to schedule since I never heard back. They came out on 1/7. All they did was “hammer” the tacks down which did not fix the problem at all. They were at the house only 5-10 minutes. I called them that day to complain and they said they would call back. Still no call back so I called back on 1/17. Said they would have to call back. I called 2/3 and asked to speak to a supervisor/manager. She wasn’t there. I told the person to have them call me the next day. Today is 2/4. I called again and she is not there again. I was told to call back in the morning. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Awful customer service and their quality of work is bad. I do not recommend them to anyone.
