We felt we went above and beyond our normal services to makethis a smooth transition.First we were told...

that there wasn't much to do with the garage (her family would be taking care ofit) and we spent many hours packing and getting items ready for the move in the garage.We were told that her son in law, daughter and son and she as well (with her truck) was going tobe taking many trips to[redacted] to her storage unit so there were many things that would not bepacked by us. We asked many many times when this was going to take place and she said he (sonin law) was very busy but would be bringing his trailer down and loading it up hopefully severaltimes. Her son did come and she said they did not have enough time to go to her storage unitbecause they took things to a community yard sale instead.As we would go to such rooms as her office to pack Mrs. [redacted] felt she needed more time to gothrough her things by herself and so we would not be able to pack until she had more time to gothrough things which hindered our ability to pack in a timely manner as well. We, on multipleoccasions, raised our concerns about this being a concern as to complete the job in the timealotted. It is our experience that frequently our clients plan on doing more themselves or havefamily members help. When this doesn't materialize this makes the move more stressful on manylevels.As far as leaving things unpacked, both my employee and I, asked several times about what wasleft and was told multiple times that she, her daughter and son in law would finish what we weretold they would pack and take with either the trailer that her son in law was bringing down with histruck or she would take with her truck as well as the [redacted] which she and her daughter waspacking.She is correct the [redacted] would not take, I believe, three of her articles and she told meshe had a friend who would come and take them instead. I cannot control what the [redacted] will or will not take and it was her choice to have her friend remove them.Moving can be one of the most stressful things anyone can do. This is especially apparent withseniors with their lifetime of accumulations and memories.Again we are truly sorry she was not happy with our services, we strive for ALL our clients to behappy and have a Smooth Transition.
