Complaint On July 31 I went to store on[redacted] and[redacted] to have my $600[redacted] phone's screen replaced, wrong equipment on my phone worked for 9 days I went to this store on[redacted] and[redacted] on July 31st to have my [redacted] screen replaced and the repairmen out the wrong equipment on my phone and it stop working in less than 9 days. I went into the store that joked me and humiliated me in Arabic then offered to charge me to fix their mistake, first he offered to repair for 40 the discount for 20. to change screen to original color black it would cost me 40, not 50 like in the beginning. Then when he took the phone he left screws out and did not try to help me in any kind of way without me giving him CASH. was BEING VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT throughout the whole ordeal. I visited the store three times not one time where they considerate to me as the customer. The police was called and they explained my rights in referenced to this situation. I also ask for the owners information and they told me he was out of the country and they cannot give out his information. I went to another place to have it repaired and they advised me that they have a bad reputation and they just care about the money and not their customers and they buy cheap product from China. That store could not repair because they could not get it to charge to perform a repair so meanwhile I had no phone on Aug 9 and I feel like I was rendered a service paid and was treated like a criminal because I wanted them to honor their services. I paid 50. to have a 600. phone be worthless. Problem with phone none of the features work at all and they just acted with no interest and ignored me and my friend. Laughing and making jokes in Arabic and telling me I don't have a receipt I cannot prove that he fixed it, but I do have a bank statement showing the charge that I want to have reversed. I repeat I will be taking to [redacted] in[redacted] TN on 8/10/2014 and will have a description and proof that they ruined my phone. Desired SettlementI just want to compensate me for the travel for three times to their store and my funds refunded for this service and the service that I received from [redacted] and also make my screen match like when I came in the store. Overall a new phone that can bee honored by [redacted].
Smooth Wireless is run by a bunch of arrogant Arabs. I sold them my phone with the understanding that they would hold it for me so that I had a chance to make sure that the receipt where I bought the phone originally matched the one I sold them. When I went back with receipt to reclaim the phone, they were very rude and wouldn't sell me my phone back even tough they agreed to do this. Contacted the so called corporate office. Owner not available and the store manager there was just as rude as the manager at the Summer Avenue store where this occurred.Buyer beware! Apparently we are all Infidels to be fleeced.
