On Saturday, July 21, 2018 at approximately 1:15 pm I walked into this business ordered a 20oz gladiator with chocolate protein, real blueberries, strawberries, & one scoop of peanut butter. The gentleman, by the name of Isaac assumed to make my order. As I was watching him, he had put the ingredients listed and at the same time was not paying attention as two other customers had a complaint that their orders were made wrong. During this time, he was holding the cup full of ingredients uncovered waving it around, speaking over it and coughing. When he finally proceeded to finish making my order I noticed him put a scoop of white powder into the cup blender. One of the young female associates handed me my shake and I took one little sip and asked what this shake was made with. The young lady (not sure of the name) stated very rudely “I dont Know I didn’t make it”. Another young lady asked if I wanted it remade. I asked again what was this made with? The young gentleman Isaac mumbled something without even looking at me and I asked Him nicely to repeat himself and he started “chocolate gladiator protein, strawberries, and blueberries”. I asked what was the white powder then and he just walked away. I then Asked to speak to the manager *** who came out and said they’ve actually been out of chocolate gladiator protein for two days!! I then Asked okay then what was it that he put in my shake? He asked Isaac and he stated “I mixed vanilla powder with cocoa”. So, 1. The associate lied 2. I am Allergic to vanilla. 3. It would have been nice to know that they were out. I could have had a terrible reaction and seeing as this associate took it upon himself to make whatever he wanted without informing me is absolutely despicable and unacceptable. Every associate in there was very rude and did not seem to care. I visit this place often and it’s definitely losing its once satisfactory customer service.
