Smoothie King

There was an issue on Smoothie King's end with the payment and mainly the poor customer service, as confirmed by my bank even after funds were withdrawn it was an issue on their end, and even then.. I received no smoothie. The cashier, Brandon, was not sympathetic at all, rolled his eyes when I asked what happened, stating even though there was payment issue on their end, I was out of a smoothie and that I had to pay 6 dollars extra for one after funds were taken out. (I am a single parent.) The manager, Tammy, confirmed that because I experienced rude and unsympathetic customer service from one of her cashier workers; she would give me a free smoothie for my inconvenience. I said, thanks. Then, Friday comes she said I can pick it up, I explained, I had last minute family obligations come up, which she then told me regardless- that if I could not make it that day- I was out of a smoothie. She completely went back on her word. (Screen shotted evidence of her stating I could have complimentary smoothie, then refuting her statement.) She was very volatile and unprofessional, in her text, all caps said, "YOU ARE OUT OF A SMOOTHIE!!!" So, basically telling me regardless of my troubling experience with the poor customer service on her employees part, I was out of what was promised to me.
