Smoothie King

On July 27th, 2020. I ordered a 32oz Lemon Ginger Spinach smoothie from the Smoothie King Located in Stockbridge, Ga on Eagles Landing Parkway. On my order I asked for NO stevia, added super grains, 1/2 pure recharge, and Passion Fruit. When I received my smoothie it was very BITTER.( Side note: this is the ONLY smoothie I order from smoothie king so I know what it's supposed to taste like.) I went inside to ask if passion fruit was actually added to my smoothie being the taste and I paid for it. The employees could not tell me whether or not it actually had. I asked if it could be added or if I could get the passion fruit on the side and add it myself due to policies regarding Covid 19. I also did not need for the smoothie to be remade I just wanted the passion fruit I paid for, especially since I'm expected to drink 32 fluid ounces of bitterness. I was then told that the OWNER( they wouldn't give me her name or number due to supposed 'privacy policies') said I would not be able to receive the passionfruit on the side nor a refund due to Covid which made absolutely no since, being there would be no cross contamination & I can't receive a refund because I had additives to my smoothie. This is POOR customer service and an irrational policy that doesn't even make sense. I feel disrespected, disregarded and I feel as if I wasted my money. I will NOT be supporting this business further and I am requesting a FULL refund of $11.58
