I am rejecting this response because: I do not have a contract with Old ReliableOld Reliable did not call prior to arrival as ordered to on multiple occasionsOld Reliable couldn't answer why they were failing to call before arriving so I could let them inOld Reliable is charging for times they "claim" they services my exterior for failing to call and notify me they were coming so I could let them in to do the interior! Old Reliable has no proof they were ever there and weren't calling as directed but want payment, no! That's not how it worksThen they sent me to collections over $112! I will be gathering my evidence and suing Old Reliable for their failure to cooperate and call client prior to arrival as notated and recorded via my phone and no call to me as evidence on my phone record and no proof they were at my home for the time of services they are collecting forShame on Old Reliable! I've asked for the Colections company to cease-and-desist and Old Reliable failed to have them do thatI will also go to the news and social media and go after Old Reliable as they've gone after me for $they never services my home as they didn't call me to be let inside so I have no proof they were ever there! I've also asked for a copy of my contract with they don't haveLying is an offense!

I am rejecting this response because: Over services were paid for and not all were inside like expressed on every service, to call before to service insideAfter I was not obligated to anymoreLooking up Old Reliables numerous other complaints, we have more than enough people to go after this company for failure to comply, little to no communication, harassment, use of collections company improperly, etcI do not owe this company anythingThey were paid for every service rendered EVEN the ones where they failed to call prior to be let inside to treat.
