already paid. The payment was applied to reflect on the customer’s account back in August. However, our brand new employee in our Accounts Receivable department made an error and sent our invoices to ALL customers back in November- even accounts which reflected no balance. This included the customer who has filed the complaint. That customer responded to the emailed invoice threatening to report us to the Revdex.com even though the invoice reflected that she owed nothing and we had responded stating that we were sorry for the error.
