Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The builder did contact us post complaint made to Revdex.com however, they have only installed screens and the condenser for the AC that was not installed prior to us moving inThe builder has not addressed the remainder of our punch list which includes, and is not limited to, carpet seams separating throughout the house, tiles that are missing pieces and windows that do not even open and should not have passed inspection (of course there is more to the punch list)While my husband and I appreciate the fact that they did finally return phones after filing the complaint, they are now past the day time frame they were supposed to have to fix the issues on our listThe builder did email my husband regarding scheduling dates to perform the work, but until the time the work is completed I do not feel this is resolved as some of the other purchasers have many issues on their punch lists to be fixed and they have been there much longer In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

In response to [redacted] complaint, We had been in contact with the homeowner. She knew that there were some delays due to the harsh winter months and therefor scheduling conflicts and delays, although we still remained within the alllotted time frame to finish the punch list. We have already,...

before this complaint, finished significant work to be done and are in contact with her to complete the remaining minor details. Several of her punch list items were not issues that needed to be resolved and will be properly explained to her. It has been a pleasure working with [redacted], this complaint came as a surprise. Our goal is to provide quality work and have homeowners happy with their experience. As of late, she expressed her gratitude for the work that has been completed and the resolution to her punch list.

Review: My husband and I just purchased a home in Ridgefield Commons which is developed by SMS Development. In our contract the development company is to come in and fix all issues that were not completed properly or fully and are on our punch list. We have repeatedly attempted to contact the site contact whose name is [redacted] and after numerous voice messages and weeks of trying we have still not heard back from him. These issues, according to our contract, are to be fixed within a certain amount of time and we are now approaching the deadline for them to view our punch list and complete the job they were paid to do. These issues are in our home that we have to live in everyday and we were told that they would be addressed in a timely manner. I am concerned with the fact that the alternate number they provided will not even allow a complete voice mail to be left. [redacted] has been contacted by either myself or my husband almost a dozen times and no return call has been received.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to be contacted and to have them finish the job they were paid to do. I would also like for them to be aware that the Revdex.com was contacted. We are also contacting our lawyer
