I resent experience with the phone card is that none of the calls I placed was connected but were charged, I tried calling customer service no one would answer the callsNow am stocked with about cards that are useless to me

I purchased a calling card about weeks ago and try to used it last Saturday and keep disconnecting I called customer services they told me was from Cuba and that they will reimburse from one time disconnected today I tried again it did the same and w another noThey can't hear me I did call customer services again they said is expire but I was not able to talk for the minutes available the no.on the card was*** *** ***.I need my minutes back to be able to talk to my relatives.I did call the president too

I was using these cards from 5$ credit on them, and it was so so experience. After the place run off 5$ cards I purchase 2$ then I realized that they are not lasting that long like it was saying when I dial my destination nunber. They supposed to be 6 minutes but they were lasting only 2 minutes and 30 seconds . I did purchase 5 of them and on all 5 counts I lost more then 60% of the time. I also try to call customer service, but after a while it was disconnecting. Please stay away from these cards. If you don't trust me buy one and try by yourself. The identification number of my card was [redacted]. SMT YOU AS AN COMPANY MUST BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS LOST OF YOUR CUSTOMERS. TILL NOW I DID PURCHASE MORE THEN 500$ IN CARDS FROM YOUR COMPANY AND IF I WAS LOOSING 60% EVERY PURCHASE HOW MUCH I LOST. SHAME ON YOU SMT TELECOM INC.

First off we want to apologize to Ms. [redacted]. We completely understand the frustration in her...

complaint. Our customer service representatives are here to help the customer with any question or concern they might have. They are also aware of our company policies, which they were explained to Ms [redacted] on the day she called our customer service. In order for the customer to know how many minutes she will receive we need the pin number or a bar code number that can be found on the bottom right side of the card. Ms [redacted] was asked for either of these numbers but she wasn't able to provide any therefore the information couldn't be provided to her. Ms. [redacted] was also advised to please check with the store clerk as they should have posters of each of our calling card in which they have the minutes to most of the countries we connect to. We are aware that on the back of the calling card it states "All rates, surcharges and fees are available by calling customer service..." we are more than happy to provide that to our customers but need as stated above the pin or bar code which lets us know the rates on the calling cards. We have spoken to Ms [redacted] and discussed with her and also provided the minutes she needed as well.
