Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 9, 2014/04/14) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] Sp Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: ***@ [redacted] To whom it may concern, First off we want to apologize to Ms***We completely understand the frustration in her complaintOur customer service representatives are here to help the customer with any question or concern they might haveThey are also aware of our company policies, which they were explained to Ms [redacted] on the day she called our customer serviceIn order for the customer to know how many minutes she will receive we need the pin number or a bar code number that can be found on the bottom right side of the cardMs [redacted] was asked for either of these numbers but she wasn't able to provide any therefore the information couldn't be provided to herMs [redacted] was also advised to please check with the store clerk as they should have posters of each of our calling card in which they have the minutes to most of the countries we connect toWe are aware that on the back of the calling card it states "All rates, surcharges and fees are available by calling customer service..." we are more than happy to provide that to our customers but need as stated above the pin or bar code which lets us know the rates on the calling cardsWe have spoken to Ms [redacted] and discussed with her and also provided the minutes she needed as well Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 11, 2014/04/17) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I was using these cards from 5$ credit on them, and it was so so experienceAfter the place run off 5$ cards I purchase 2$ then I realized that they are not lasting that long like it was saying when I dial my destination nunberThey supposed to be minutes but they were lasting only minutes and seconds I did purchase of them and on all counts I lost more then 60% of the timeI also try to call customer service, but after a while it was disconnectingPlease stay away from these cardsIf you don't trust me buy one and try by yourselfThe identification number of my card was [redacted] SMT YOU AS AN COMPANY MUST BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS LOST OF YOUR CUSTOMERSTILL NOW I DID PURCHASE MORE THEN 500$ IN CARDS FROM YOUR COMPANY AND IF I WAS LOOSING 60% EVERY PURCHASE HOW MUCH I LOSTSHAME ON YOU SMT TELECOM INC
