Please find documentation above that refutes Mr. [redacted]'s claims. At this point, Mr. [redacted] has not only received the purchase price of the painting, but he has also received an insurance claim for the damage of this painting. Out of these insurance proceeds, he has only refunded us a portion of our purchase price. He has kept the rest. We feel that he has committed insurance fraud and engaged in fraudulent business practices.

letter which accompanied the check, explaining to the client the amount of the refundWe have as yet not received the signed receipt of the recipient, we will forward a copy of that as soon as it is received! We feel we did everything in our power to attend to this unfortunate incident in as timely a manner as the systems allowed! Our many emails and [redacted] correspondence to this client shows this to be true!
