In reference to the customer continued complain that they did not receive full reimbursement for their purchase price, we have previously stated the insurance claim was for an agreed upon amount of Salvage, as the policy of *** is the item must be returned to them for full insurance coverageThe consumer refused to do that and the only choice was to refund the amount of insurance less the salvage adjustment, of which they received plus their freight of $I regret they do not think this sufficient but we do not make the rules, this was an insurance adjustment of the shipper ***! We insured the shipment and thus we became the party the insurance co had to reimburse! We then send the client the entire amount of the check less our shipping charges, refunded to us by the claim! Thus the difference of the $the client is looking for! She was informed by *** that they would be refunding only a Salvage amount, as the client refused to return the item insured to them, *** (their policy) We can only report that they received the full value of the insurance check, less our shipping fee! Their argument is with *** not us!We responded to the client, in the most professional and expedient manner possible since there was the third party of the shipper,***, involved! The client seems to want her cake and eat it tooI keep the item and get fully reimbursed for same! The purchase was in excellent condition upon delivery for shipment, so we did indeed attempt, to the best of our ability deliver to the customer the item they purchased!We hold ourselves innocent of the outcome of the unfortunate issue! The customer was fully reimbursed for their purchase, according to all *** policy! We submit that this issue be closed

This is in response to your letter of October 13, #*** *** ***:(1): Please find attached several copies of emails concerning this claim(2): Please find attached a copy of the check issued by *** to us, and copies of the certified mail receipt w/dates(3): Please find a copy of the
letter which accompanied the check, explaining to the client the amount of the refundWe have as yet not received the signed receipt of the recipient, we will forward a copy of that as soon as it is received! We feel we did everything in our power to attend to this unfortunate incident in as timely a manner as the systems allowed! Our many emails and *** correspondence to this client shows this to be true!
