I arrived at 3 o'clock I gave the man at the desk my debit card it was the wrong one it was only able to cover partial of the fee. He locked my things in the lobby and kept my license. I was not able to get my stuff until 9 pm. He threatened me. Placed me in a filthy room. And came beating on my door before check out time.

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment I would like a full refund and a inspection of the hotel

no refund is due to the guest after staying at the hotel all night. We have no refund policy at the hotel that the guest acknowledge. Our hotel no reason to lock his stuff in the office. If there is not enough money in debit card, we just won't give him the room. By the way Our lobby stays open(not locked) during the day. We lock the door at 10pm when the night auditor comes in. At 11:00 (check-out time), the housekeeper will knock on guest doors to let them know it is check out time.

This is false. The owner/operator took my card I told him there wasn't enough funds on that card. He swiped it anyway. Then I asked for my money back he refused. He told me that I could go outside and beg for money. Yes he did lock my stuff in the lobby way before 10pm. He put me in a filthy room The blankets had cigarette burns in them and yes he knocked at my door before checkout time and threatened me. I have my niece as a witness After he locked my stuff in the lobby later he called my niece and said if I don't come get my stuff he was calling the police. Still he refused to unlock the door. He also got a resident who was staying there to come to my door. I asked that guy if he knew the owner he said no. I was confused. I left.

No Refund due to the customer after staying in the room all night. As far as stuff being locked in lobby is not true. We don't lock our lobby, people in inside to check-in. All I can say is a representative from Revdex.com come and check out our property anytime and make the judgement. We only rent room if we have full payment of the room, not partial payment. If there is issues with the room, we can fix it or if we cannot, we can change the room.
