Smyrna Well Service

This man, Wes B and his company are liars and frauds. I guess I was an easy target for him and he scammed me out of $ 650.. dollars which I had to borrow from my son who was a Marine to help me get water back. I never did. I put in a formal complaint with the county which now as him on their radar ! If you were cheated by him-please contact the county to put in a complaint- better yet... DO NOT CALL HIM IN THE FIRST PLACE !!!

In my opinion, Smyrna Well Service is one of the worst contracting companies that I have ever dealt with. Smyrna Well Service’s workers almost ruined my water well after an attempted repair job that has led to nothing but ongoing aggravation on my part. I found out that the workers were not equipped with the proper tools, parts, and knowledge to repair older, existing well systems that still need support.

Caution: As I discovered after promptly paying my invoice, do not expect any kind of post-service or warranty support from Smyrna Well Service. After I paid thousands of dollars, I discovered problems with their service work which led to my basement becoming flooded with water. Upon trying to rectify my concerns with the owner of the company, he made poor excuses and thus he would not give me the satisfaction of a complete, quality job. I initially thought that the owner was nice but that quickly changed as I found out on multiple occasions that he could not keep pre and post service appointments that he scheduled. I am a flexible person but there were instances where the workers did not show-up hours after the scheduled start times and no cancellation phone calls were made to me. The many voice mail messages that I left for the owner over my post-service quality concerns often went unanswered and I now have to personally deal with fixing the goof-ups that the company caused. I am a very unhappy customer and knowing what I know now, I should have never hired the contractor, Smyrna Well Service!
