to come inI am the service manager and I personally returned one of *** *** phone calls on 4/18/at 1:18pmAll of our phone calls are recordedI personally asked *** *** to come and see me so I can look at the key for myself* *** gave me a time on first thing in the morning on 4/19/*** *** never showedAlso on 6/24/Tom Nolfi my sales manager returned *** *** phone call at 4:19pmSmythe Volvo has had numerous phone calls with customer and has returned her phone calls*** *** has never given Smythe Volvo the opportunity to look at the keyTo say no one returned her calls is falseWe would warranty a key for electrical failure but neglect, cracks, water damage is not coveredWe have tried to give *** *** the opportunity but she has never given us a chance
