Review: [redacted] of S&N Realty built my house a year and a half ago. My house is sinking, my doors and kitchen cabinets are off alignment, my floors creak. My deck is falling apart. I have gotten in touch with him many many times . He came and looked at the job and blamed the change in temperature. When he came back he said he would need to put up another lolly column and that was over a year ago and he hasn't come back. I recently spoke to the building inspector who had no idea of this problem. I am getting a structural engineer to look at the problem. After I had all of these problems and wanted to put in complaints about him I realized that there is nothing anywhere on google about him. I should have done my homework before I moved in here. The whole development has had problems too. I am going to make sure they put in their complaints as well. My house should not be falling apart like this. I did tell him about these issues before I moved in but thought he would take care of them. My mistake for thinking that. I don't know what you can do to help me but I at least wanted a complaint on here so if anyone is checking him out they will see this. I even went to his other development and they had problems too. I am going to try to get them to write in also.Desired Settlement: When I get the estimate from the engineer I want a refund so that I can hire someone to take care of the problem.
