I purchased a car from this dealer about weeks agoI noticed a light that was continuously on the control panelHe (Sales Person Art) told me not to worry about it that it's always onThe next day I took the car to a specialized mechanic and I was told that the instrument cluster of the car was pixelated and it needed to be repairedThe cost was going to be $2,I called the dealer right awayI only put miles on the car and he informed me there was nothing he could do about itIf I wanted to get rid of the car I would have to bring it to my loan company and they would need to reposess itWhen I asked him why he sold it to me knowing that the car needed a new cluster panel and oil gasket, he told me there was nothing he could do about it

I bought a vehicle the vehicle had no CD when I asked the dealer if it had a CD he said No but it comes with one years Sirius Radio and you have a audio port so you can play music through your phoneI was super excited about the Sirius Radio and asked him how I get it started he gave me all the pamphlets and told me I could do it when I get homeI came home and tried to hook it up and the sirius website said my vehicle did have Sirius Radio capabilitiesThere wer other things wrong toothey did not give me floor mats and the contract clearly said floormats, also there was severe overspray of some kind of chemical and I wanted that taken care of and there was yellow transfer paint on the front driver side fender, no scratch no dent just yellow paintThey called me days after complaining and writing emails and calling and said they would detail the car order my matts but will do nothing about the radio even though the sales man knew it was a deal breakerI have filed a complaint

Some weeks ago while another repair was being completed, one of the representatives of the business informed me that the mechanic noticed that the rear, driver's side wheel base needed new ball bearingsThus, I scheduled the soonest available appointment, which, would be on December 2ndWithin a few days of driving my car from the business to return home, I went to a local tire business (Les Schwab) in order to get a second opinion and possibly to get the repair done soonerWhile waiting at Les Schwab, the mechanic there, Jon, told me that the bolt for the control arm was seized and could not be removed without causing damage to the bushing, etcIn addition, he showed me the parts that needed to be replaced: They included the bolt for the control arm, a secondary bolt as well as the ball bearingsAfter noting what needed to be done, I decided to keep my appointment with Jim Doran SubaruWithin the next day or so, Brenda at Jim Doran was contacted and informed that my Subaru neede
