I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
It is unfortunate that the business, Premier Services, did not make an effort...
to resolve this or even to respond to my multiple contacts until the Revdex.com was involved. I hope they will treat other customers awaiting refunds in a more responsive manner.
