I NEVER rate things online but with this company going public people need to realize something, this is a corrupt company. They CEO's family plays on the games they make and they are given full administrative powers. They ban thousands of players for no reason other than they do not like them. They play in games under the name Black Butterfly or TEA and are notorious for hacking in game and boasting about it in chats. They ruined a game they made called 'Atlas' by hacking with administrative powers in game: search "Atlas hacker admin whale" to read about how they ruined a games reputation losing over 90% of its 50,000 player base because of that and their lack of ability to be responsible. They do not take criticism and use shell subsidiary companies to hide their failed endeavor's.

This company will lie to you with a smile. I highly urge you to read up job reviews working with this company to read the horror stories that happen. Snail USA is fully controlled from its Chinese owners and do NOT work with the USA branch hand in hand. Everyone accepts this in the games terms of service before even playing and the employment contracts.

I can only hope the SEC thoroughly investigates this company before going public because it is rife with corruption from the very top and they will NOT work with shareholders in mind.

If you find an issue with the game's programming; don't tell customer service staff; because they will make the issue worse in spite of you, on purpose
If you explain the problem in detail as they will ask you to do, the will not understand you, as they are not fully educated in speaking english, or they at least pretend not to be very educated in speaking english
Once you have complained about an issue, and they have made it worseDo not try and contact them again, as it will result in a constant crashing of the game
I would not suggest buying VIP access or anything out of the cash shop, as it will result in poor quality of game play, and the more money you spend on the game, the more the customer service will harass you by making the game have more and more errors
Any time you let customer service know you are having connection issues and ask them what can be done, they will claim it is all your fault for having poor internet connection or not having downloaded the game properly, even after you meticulously maintained the client, your PC, and your hard drive to make sure your gaming experience will be at its finest
If you do not receive the items you purchase in the cash item shop, it's on youSnail is not responsible for lost items in the tradeThey are also not responsible to help you with issues in the game
If you signed the agreement to play the game you have signed away your rights to be treated fairly as a customer, and any time you make a purchase involving Snail Games USA, you are taking a 50% chance of not getting said item or service
I can't list every little glitchy aspect of the game that will drive you mad, but here are a few; Amount and auto path do not work
BWhile you are running across the map, the game has a tenancy to bring you back to where you started, forcing you to make the journey all over again, sometimes multiple times in a row
CIf you attempt any sort of mission, like spy task or instance, you are most likely going to be booted from the game before you're finished, and the task will be lost and must be started over again
DYou can never tell when you are actually online or not, and a lot of the time you will be running around trying to play, when you were actually disconnected like minutes ago, forcing you to start all over again and inevitably waste about an hour of your time
CThese are only a few examples of how the game will make you do a lot of things over and over again with no result at all, and I personally have wasted hours of time trying to playI would say on average, about or hours a day are wasted on trying to log into the game or re-doing a task I just tried to do, but failed due to the game disconnecting me, even though my internet connection remains unbroken
And, it became obscenely obvious to me that the staff of the game was harassing me with glitches when I decided to log on to my altMy main character can't log into the game because of connection issues, but any other character will log in fine, and it's because that is the alt I have always used to discuss issues in the game with snail customer service staffI've been harassed by the game staff for years now and have yet to figure out what exactly I can do to get compensation for the time they have wasted of my life

Snail cheat customers They take your money, do not provide you with what you paid for They arbitrary remove what you pay for and say they want you to pay to get it back
They lie and say they are taking your complaint and then say superiors say no, but refuse to let you speak to superior You are only allowed to speak to their lower employees
They leave things unresolved for months on end, ignore communication for weeks Copy and paste the same unhelpful responses and insult the customers by lying over easily determined things
Messaged many people at the company, at first they say they will get back Then they simply stop responding
