Don't bother
I ordered fruit flies and never ever heard anything from them. So I attempted to reach them by email a few times to find out what was going on with the fruit fly order. The next thing I knew they refunded my money, Which I appreciate that but I would like to have known why they did not come through with the order. I never heard anything from them which I thought was very rude. Now I am low on fruit flies and searching for another deal to replenish my stock. Stay away from SnailTails.

Made a purchase of Fruitflies from this business, and was not happy with the contents of the containersThey advertise that these products will produce thousands of flies over several weeksThis did not happenThe contents were less than productive, and all the flies died within two or three weeks and the medium dried outNo response from the two emails I sent, with pictures

I purchased two flightless fruit fly kits (Drosophila Melanogastor) I received the shipment on December **, and have been trying to contact the company for nearly two months now with no response whatsoever The shipment contained two kits frozen solid with no flies alive I still have the kits with all the dead flies and have sent those pictured to the company I have tried emailing both emails that are listed and calling the numbers affiliated with the website (again, with no response) Snail Tail Inchas a guarantee on their official website promising 100% live arrival of flies, this promise is being ignored and not kept I have had to buy expensive fruit flies in the mean time to keep my animals alive, one frog has died I would either like my money (with shipping fee's) refunded or would like new shipments of my order as soon as possible Thanks

Review: On May **, I placed an order for flightless fruit flies for five froglets. Over the course of the next week, I attempted to reach Snail Tail on May **, **, and ** via email and web form (I have all the emails, and can supply if requested). I was unable to call, as the phone number was disconnected.On June**, I contested the charge with [redacted] and [redacted], and submitted a complaint with the Revdex.com. The following day, I receive and email from the company letting me know there had been some sort of auto accident and several orders were neglected. He said if I dismissed my complaint, the items would be sent with freebies. I replied, letting him know all of our froglets had died, and I needed a refund. I have all of these emails, as well.Today, I received a letter from [redacted] stating that the seller had supplied the required documentation, and I was being charged again.Desired Settlement: refund of purchase price of $17.22

Review: I ordered two Drosophila hydei fly cultures from this business in December of 2015. The cultures shipped on the [redacted] and arrived on the [redacted]. I was extremely disappointed to find that the cultures were very poorly packaged and labeled. This poor labeling had caused them to be inverted at some point, which led all of the flies in the cultures to die. Upon receiving my package and finding two dead cultures, I reached out to customer service to try to remedy the situation, either receive new cultures or a refund. According to their website, all of their cultures are guaranteed to arrive live, so I thought it would be no problem asking for this. I included pictures of the cultures showing that the flies inside had died. I have now contacted the company twice through email, and they have failed to return my messages both times. I tried calling the phone number listed as well, but it seems to have been disconnected.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the price of the cultures, which was $19.32.
