Open MRI of Delafield offers cash exams for $for non contrast MRI's. If you go through insurance it is whatever the insurance contracted rate is.We do quote people cash pricing when asked about itPatients are told if they go through health insurance, it would be the contracted rate
through their insurance companyThere is an amount billed, then insurance subtracts the adjusted amount, which in the case was $more than the cash price.We do understand that the entire process if very confusing and try our best to explain itI can assure you if Ms*** had contacted me directly she would have been given the $cash price as a courtesy.I apologize that Ms *** was spoken rudely to by our billing company. This is an independent billing company we contract with.
