This is the response to the complaint from *** ***,
1) excavate a tank to install a riser on it when the tank already has a riser That was just a suggestion to help in the future cleaning 2) bring in an excavator to "find" my ports when most companies would get a copy of the
As-built themselves to avoid this unnecessary expense and destruction of propertyI dug a hole that was 3ft wide by ft deep over the top of the tank only, you had a lot of brush that I had to dig around with an excavator with Having an as-built is not an accurate pin pointer it can help but not always correct. 3) use an excavator to DIG UP all of my lateral lines to clean them even though the cleaning process is performed quite simply in minutes without any excavationI never suggested for you to dig up your lines with and excavator I suggested I dig up only one end of one line with as little as a hand shovel.4) possibly MOVE my pump to a different tank for no reason That was just a suggestionI explained to you that the pump is on the wrong side of the tank it is not imperative but no one usually puts them there and they work better on the other side you don’t have to go through this expense but it is easier to clean it out for the future. 5) Greg wanted me to go to Wenatchee to purchase a riser and other materials for him so he could install, when HE is the "professional" and I never needed that riser in the first placeOther contractors would provide materials for their own workI refusedI explained to you after you said you were going in to town, if you wanted to pick up and pay for the riser I would put it in at no charge to youAgain, just a suggestion and like I said I would have installed it for you at NO charge.6) Pay another service to pump out BOTH tanks so he can "evaluate." ALL OF THESE ITEMS were completely unnecessary and Gregory C*** did not disclose his eval fee on the phone I explained to you on the phone my consultation fee of $the $was for me bringing out my excavator the additional amount of money was the tax ($consultation fee +$excavator fee + $tax brings the total to $495.00) The cost you choose to pay for pumping was up to you and like I explained it was a suggestion. A suggestion that needed to be done to have someone repair it, it needed to be cleaned out anyway, since if you had anyone come out there it would be very difficult to work in high water especially if it is full of baby wipes, urine and feces As to your comment about talking your ear off for hours, asked you out on a date and expecting you to pay for services which you would have done if I had actually given you accurate adviceI then was told by several other former clients of his that he is a scam artist, so I did some research and discovered that all his advice was just a scheme to extort $ from mehours on the phone: I don’t think it was a 2-hour phone call… but I was explaining my cost that you said I did not disclose, setting up the time to come out and do my consultation Me asking you out on a date: I will not justify that with an answerExpecting you to pay for services which you would have done if I had given you accurate adviceI then was told by several other former clients of his that he is a scam artist, so I did some research and discovered that all his advice was just a scheme to extort $ from me: I came to your home a total of times which I would usually charge a customer per each visit and I only charge you for visit usually I charge a location fee which I did not charge either so being a scam artist and extorting money from you I could have charge more money but I did not. I tried to resolve this with Greg, sending him a detailed email and following up with a phone call but he REFUSED to respond: the reason why I did not return to your home was the fact that you had sent me several violent emails and texts He acknowledged that having me excavate tank was his mistake: I never said that At this point *** *** and I have went to court and I hope this is all resolvedI have mailed out her refund check
