Thank you so much for helping me handle this issue with Snap. As I stated in my original complaint, in addition to the pre-existing issue with the car which unfortunately can not be proved they also provided me with a "we owe" list. These are items that they were suppose to address within days and did not address them though they had the car for over two weeksPlease note that the items below/outside of the box were items written by me as a note to remember what was verbally agreed and therefore know that these items are difficult to enforce However, the items within the box were written/listed and agreed upon by Snap's salesperson Sasha at the time of the sale. Snap only address the first item on the "we owe" list though they had the vehicle for over two weeks.

My apologies for the delayed response as I was out of townI attempted to respond to Snap Car Buying's late response but I am unable to on the websitePlease be advised that they did not address the entire dispute. I understand that I have no proof of the mechanical failure and it boils down to their word against mine. However, please be advise that they did not address the written committment they had with me to fix the tow hitch and the speakers in the vehicle.

I am very disappointed that you are unable to take action against irresponsible businesses who mislead and abuse consumers. 
As you know, litigation is an expensive and timely process which most individual consumers do not pursue. That leaves all of us extremely vulnerable to business malpractice as I am sure they know the loopholes.
Can you kindly please advise me of additional recourses outside of going thru the attorney/litigation process? I am astonish that a company would not respond to a governmental organization's query. Also, am I still able to post my complaint on your website?
