Customer beware -
Keep an eye on your pre-auth payments as they like to add charges/revnues for their insurance division- I had agreed on a loan and waived their insurance as I added the equipment to the our companies overall insurance. Six months down the road my payments increased by $50- I called for explanation and they had added their insurance, as they also have an insurance dividision to the corporation (more revnues for them). I send proof of insurance and the payments went back to the original amount agreed on the loan- however again approx six months down the road again the started to remove more money from our bank account..we never recieved the difference back- even though we showed proof of insurance..their agruement was the we needed to constantlly show proof- I don't understand as we show proof once to our banks and if any insurance has been cancelled they are notified ....It is an under handed insurance scheme the we over paid [redacted] dollars for insurance not needed
